All of our services are digital IPTV subscriptions delivered electronically. Once access is granted, it is considered used, and refunds will not be issued, except under the terms specified below.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Customer changes their mind after purchase

  • Device incompatibility (customer is responsible for checking device compatibility before purchase)

  • Internet or network issues on the customer’s side

  • Failure to follow setup instructions correctly

  • Attempted refund fraud or chargebacks


3. Refunds Are Only Possible If:

  • The service does not work at all and we are unable to fix the issue within 48 hours of your support request

  • You have not used the service (no connection logs or usage)

  • You notify us via email at support@strong8kservice.com within 24 hours of purchase

If your case qualifies, a full or partial refund may be processed at our discretion.


4. Trial Periods

We highly recommend purchasing a 24- or 48-hour trial before committing to a longer subscription. Trials are offered to allow you to test the quality, compatibility, and stability of our service.


5. Fraudulent Disputes

We take fraudulent chargebacks very seriously. If a chargeback is made without contacting us first, your account will be banned, and we may report the issue to relevant payment and legal authorities.
